🔧 1. Pre-Mix OPERATION: Ingredient Preparation
The production process begins with the Pre-mix operation.
Operators launch a Manufacturing Order, then follow a detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) to mix raw ingredients. Odoo displays the exact components, including lot numbers and warehouse locations. Once ingredients are confirmed and loaded, mixing begins, and the operator proceeds to the next batch.

🏗️ 2. Production OPERATION: Filling the Batches
In the Production stage, the pre-mixed formula is portioned into finished units — for example, 4,500 jars from five(5) batches of 900 each.
Odoo guides the operator through Work Orders and captures all execution data. This ensures precise execution and enables data-driven insights into yields and efficiency.

✅ 3. Quality OPERATION: Assurance and Control
Each batch undergoes strict Quality Control.
A dedicated QA technician accesses the Quality Check interface to review predefined Control Points, including color, temperature, texture, and aroma. Results are logged instantly, ensuring compliance and batch integrity. Odoo automatically generates quality reports for audit readiness.

📦 4. Packaging OPERATION: Final Presentation
The last step is Packaging. Operators collect jars, boxes, and labels, verify lot traceability, and finalize packaging using Store Finished Product Transfers.
Once packaging is complete, Odoo auto-generates a Cost Analysis, Production Report, and updates stock in real time — ensuring full traceability and compliance with food safety regulations.
